"The Original" Frozen Banana
*makes 6

Ingredients:

6 small (5-6") ripe bananas, peeled
2 cups chocolate chips/morsels
2 cups chopped nuts
6 popsicle sticks or (6") lollipop sticks

Directions:

Insert popsicle or lollipop sticks through the bottom of each banana until about halfway up. Place on wax paper-lined plate or baking sheet. Set in freezer for 2 hours until firm.

Pour chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring well after each minute until completely melted.

Pour nuts onto a wax paper-lined plate.

Remove bananas from freezer (they should be frozen solid by now). Dip a banana into the melted chocolate and spread with a spoon until completely coated. Now, immediately roll it in the nuts to coat. The coldness of the banana will cause the chocolate to harden quickly so this must be done as fast as possible. When the banana has been coated in chocolate and nuts, place back on the wax paper to set.

Repeat these steps for the remaining bananas.* That's it!! You're done!! Enjoy!

*Store your chocolate-dipped bananas in the freezer until ready to eat.
